Challenge

The site was failing during a runtime upgrade, with intermittent gateway errors and no dependable rollback path.

Approach

   Reproduced the failure in staging and isolated the incompatible runtime and plugin paths.

   Built a recovery sequence covering backup, rollback, dependency updates, and controlled release checks.

   Documented the production stack and operational handoff so future maintenance would be safer.

Outcome

The application returned to a stable release path with clearer health checks, backups, and rollback ownership.
